Password Protected

This resource is password protected to prevent external web users from accessing it. If you are not a current Queer Therapist Network Member, you will NOT be able to access the information.

If you are a current member and do not have the password saved, please reach out via email.

Edits

If you have previously submitted your information and need to make changes or revisions to what is posted, please follow these instructions:

  1. Send an email to our Contact account letting us know that you need to make edits.

  2. Using the same submission form, create a new directory entry with your updated information and the word “UPDATED” at the end of your Full Name. That way we know which one to make live and which to archive.

If you need to make a simple change to your Profile (e.g., change of address, change of contact information), you are also welcome to send a short email to our Contact account with that requested change.

Submit Your Information

If you’re a current Queer Therapist Network Member, you can submit your information to be included in our directory using this form!

Once submitted, a member of our Directory Committee will review your information to verify your active licensure status and address any issues.

What if I’m Pre-Licensed?

We are welcoming of any and any all queer-identified mental health providers in the Chicagoland area, whether you are currently in your graduate program/training or have been practicing in the field for decades.

We ask that folks who are pre-licensed please be prepared to submit some form of authentication of their professional status including: a website listing at their current internship site or school program.
